How much does shipping cost?
• US Standard: $5.85
• US 2-day Express: $11.00
• AK/HI Standard: $9
• AK/HI 2-day Express: $30.00
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on this site before 2pm eastern time ship that same day. Orders placed after 2pm eastern ship the following business day. Please note that all processing and shipping transit times are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays.
What carrier will deliver my order?
• The Humane Company ships via UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service for all standard deliveries.
• We are unable to select the carrier for an order due to automated order processing.
• Orders sent to a PO Box, APO, FPO and DPO will be shipped through the Postal Service.
• Tracking and carrier details will appear in your shipment confirmation email, and in your Order History on thehumanecompany.com, after your order ships.
Can I specify where to leave my package or provide delivery instructions?
• Delivery locations are selected at the sole discretion of the driver, and are outside of the control of The Humane Company.
Why Doesn’t My Order Have Tracking Information?
Some small items may ship via USPS, which may not have tracking information immediately available. Certain items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will not receive an automated tracking number. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding that status of your shipment.
Tracking Information Says My Package Is “Out for Delivery,” But It Hasn’t Arrived!
My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it!
Most missing packages will usually show up within our standard delivery time frame (5 business days for US Standard orders, 2 business days for 2-Day Express), even if tracking says it was delivered. If you have not received your order for any reason, our policy is to wait at least 1 additional business days before taking further steps for assistance. If it does not arrive after that time has elapsed, please contact us via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, our direct fulfillment company does not yet ship outside of the US. We understand that there is significant demand for our products in other countries and we are in the process of exploring solutions for fulfilling international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
